The Reason

In today’s world, businesses are more than just places of work; they are influential arenas where ideas are formed, values are defined, and culture is ultimately shaped. Business executives spend upwards of 70% of their adult life at work, wielding significant influence over these processes. Recognizing this unique position, The Executive Roundtable seeks to respond now by equipping Christian leaders with the tools and knowledge necessary to make a positive impact on their environments.

The Mission

1. Influence Through Biblical Worldview:

  • Train business leaders to inspire employees toward becoming Christ followers through a biblical business worldview
  • Equip Christian Executives to expand the Kingdom of God within the workplace

2. Empowerment and Support:

  • Strengthen the resolve of Christian leaders by enhancing their leadership skills
  • Improve communication within the broader business community
  • Provide support for family and peer relationships through various forms of programming
"The Executive Roundtable retreat is an outstanding opportunity for business leaders of faith to meet and discuss their successes, challenges, and growth strategies within a dynamic format. It is a unique and much-needed forum for executives to share and collaborate on key cornerstones for their businesses, their families, and their communities by placing God and their faith at the center of their calling in life. Under Dr. Robert Pacienza's leadership, detailed presentations, keynote speakers, and collaborative discussions revolved around our ability to support our families, new ways to positively impact our workplaces, and create additional avenues to serve others. I look forward to the next Executive Roundtable event as we continue to expand the outreach to meet the needs of Christian executives around the world!"
