The Story of God's Design
A TRUSTED RESOURCE
God’s Design is an eight-part video series created to help families talk about some of the most important questions kids are facing today. Rooted in God’s Word, these short videos are a trusted resource you can rely on as you guide your children. Together, you and your children will explore how God has intentionally designed every part of life, from creation and gender to work and government. Each video includes discussion questions to guide meaningful conversations at home, giving you tools to help your children grow in faith and build a strong, lasting biblical worldview.
GENDER
Why are we here? This video explores one of life’s biggest questions by looking back to God’s original design. Kids will learn that humans were made in God’s image, with a clear purpose: to reflect Him, represent Him, and bring His goodness into the world. We’re not just here to sit around—we’re part of God’s mission, and He’s given us a role to play.
WORK
In this video, children learn that work is part of God’s good design. Even though it can feel boring or hard sometimes, we were created to work, create, and bring order and beauty into the world, just as God did. The video reminds children that even play and building things can reflect God’s purpose for us.
MARRIAGE
This video explains marriage as a unique, lifelong relationship between one man and one woman. It highlights how marriage helps people grow together in love and support, and how it reflects God’s love for His people. Children are encouraged to see marriage not just as a partnership, but as a living picture of God’s faithful love.
CREATION
This video helps kids understand that the world around them (including themselves) is not an accident. It introduces God as the Creator who brings order and beauty from chaos. Children are invited to see their value and purpose in the fact that God intentionally made them, and that His creation (including them) is good.

This video shows that the Church isn’t just a building. The Church is people! Children are taught that the Church exists to carry out Jesus’ mission: to make disciples, teach truth, and bless the world. God invites each of us to be part of this big, exciting mission, and He gives us the power and purpose to do it.
GOVERNMENT
Is God in charge, or is the government? This video explains that while God is the ultimate authority, He has given governments the job of promoting good and resisting evil. Children learn that the Bible teaches us to obey and participate in government—unless it asks us to disobey God. It’s a thoughtful and age-appropriate introduction to how Christians can live as good citizens and faithful followers of Jesus.
HUMANITY

Using a wrench and bolt analogy, it shows how their complementary strengths reflect God’s love and build strong families and communities. Children learn that these differences are part of God’s “very good” design.
