CREATION
This video helps kids understand that the world around them (including themselves) is not an accident. It introduces God as the Creator who brings order and beauty from chaos. Children are invited to see their value and purpose in the fact that God intentionally made them, and that His creation (including them) is good.
FAMILY DISCUSSION QUESTIONS
1. What’s your favorite thing in creation? Why do you like it?
2. Where do you think that thing came from? Who made it?
3. Read Genesis 1:1. What do we learn about God in this verse?
4. What does it mean that God made everything “on purpose”?
5. How does it make you feel to know that God made you exactly the way He wanted?
6. Have you ever felt like you didn’t matter? How might remembering that God made you help?
7. What’s one way you can take care of God’s creation this week?
